These “air fried” pickles require an air fryer to make. They are low in fat and super delicious.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 6 dill pickles, quartered
- 2 eggs beaten, in one small bowl
- 1 cup of panko bread crumbs, in small bowl
- 1 cup wheat or white flour, in small bowl
- 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil spray
- air fryer
- ranch dipping sauce
Instructions
- mix flour with dill, paprika, salt and pepper and stir in bowl
- dip pickle in flour mixture
- then dip flour-covered pickle into beaten egg mixture
- then dip the same pickle into panko and shake gently
- repeat for all pickles
- spray all pickles with light coating of olive oil spray
- arrange pickles into air fryer tray in drawer
- cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees
- open drawer and turn pickles over
- close drawer and cook for 5 minutes more
- open drawer, remove pickles and cool
- serve with dipping sauce of choice
